Kerala Switchgear Sales Corporation (His wife being the proprietor) is the founder.  He is a former L&T Product Manager, an electrical engineer by profession with a management degree (MBA) from Delhi Board of Technical Education, having about two decades of service in the switchgear division of M/s.Larsen & Toubro Limited and in total 35 years of experience in the electrical field, worked with M/s. Wilson and Company Ltd, a British firm, for about six years and was with Dorman Smith Ltd, England, now Legrand (I) Pvt. Ltd, for some nine years.
